Q: Does it cost more to have my food delivered to my home?
A: Absolutely not. Our products are competitively priced and often beat the pet stores. Itís hard to believe but you donít pay more and often pay less than regular pet stores. And forget about wasting your valuable time and gas money driving to the pet store and then having to haul your pet food and supplies home yourself.

Q: Is there a minimum order for delivery?
A: No.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Free or is a nominal fuel surcharge of $2+ for your entire order.

Q: Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?
A: No. Much like UPS, your order will be left for you on your doorstep without you needing to be home. Unlike UPS, we will put your order in a location other than your front porch if you prefer (inside a gate or garage, behind a plant, etc.). Just let us know and we'll make a note of it for future deliveries.

Q: The item Iím looking for isnít on the website.
A: If you are looking for an item that you can not find on our website, call or e-mail us to check for availability. We offer more products than are listed on the website and are adding items all the time. We always like to know if there are products that you are interested in that we donít offer.

Q: When do you deliver to my city?
A: We deliver to all cities on our Delivery List.  Click here to see our delivery schedule and find what day we come to your area.

Q: How can The Paw Depot afford to deliver at no charge?
A: It's because of our Zip System. This system groups customers together by locality. Certain zip groups are assigned certain days of the week or certain days of the month for delivery. A delivery schedule will be posted in the near future for now give us a call or email us to see when we will be in your area.

Q: What do I do if I forgot to order and I am almost out of food?
A: It's If you cannot wait until your next scheduled delivery day, we will arrange to deliver your order as soon as possible. We call this a Special Delivery and the fee is between $5 to $20(depending on your location).

Q: What is Automatic Delivery?
A: Our system keeps track of all the orders you place with us. We will help you figure out just how often your pet needs food and we will automatically schedule your deliveries. With automatic re-ordering, you never need to worry about running out of food. The Paw Depot does all the remembering for you! On your schedule day, your order reliably appears on your doorstep. Take advantage of this unique feature order reliably appears on your doorstep. Take advantage of this unique feature to optimize your delivery experience with The Paw Depot.

We recommend setting up Automatic Delivery with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover account. (That way you do not have to remember to write us a check!)

*Please Note: Do not assume you have Automatic Delivery unless you received a confirmation email from The Paw Depot verifying it)

Q: Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
A: No, you do not need to be at home to accept a delivery. In fact, most customers are not. We cannot predict the precise time of day your delivery will arrive. We will leave your order by the front door in a inconspicuous location out of the elements, unless otherwise instructed. Please remember that no aggressive or protective pets should have access to this area. *If you live in a gated community, please be sure to add The Paw Depot to your visitor list. If we cannot leave your order or cannot reach you by phone, there will be an Undeliverable Delivery Charge.

Q: What is an Undeliverable Delivery Charge and why do you have it?
A: We make every effort to ensure that you get your products as ordered on schedule. However, we cannot absorb the costs associated with undeliverable orders. It is very important we have an accurate phone number for you and any access codes needed to deliver your pet food. If you live in a gated community, please make sure to let the attendants know we will be coming. If we cannot get in to your building or community and cannot reach you on the phone number provided, this will be an "undeliverable delivery" 
The Undeliverable Delivery Charge is $15 For Auto Deliver orders, if you meant to make a change or cancel your delivery, but forgot and we attempt to make your delivery, you we attempt to make your delivery, you will incur an Undeliverable Delivery Charge.

Q: Will you bring my order inside and put it away for me?
A: Absolutely, it's part of our service! If you are home, we will be glad to bring your order in and put it away for you. We know many of our delivery customers are unable to lift and carry heavy items.

Q: Do you deliver raw frozen?
A: Yes, if you are not home to accept your delivery, it can be left in a cooler outside. We recommend your cooler be placed in a discreet location and be large enough to accommodate your entire raw order. The food will stay frozen for up to 5 hours in the cooler at 68 F. 

*When you place your order with us, please indicate the location of your cooler. If you do not have a cooler or forget to leave your cooler out, you will be charged a fee for "Undeliverable Delivery" . We will not leave raw orders without a cooler.

Q: Can I pick up my order, rather than have it delivered?
A:Of course! Please stop by our store at 8795 Preston Trace Blvd # 2, Frisco-TX Mon-Fri 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we are closed on Sunday.
